I needed a few parts back in, I think, late March or maybe early April, and everywhere else I checked was out of stock. These guys actually had them available, which saved me a lot of hassle. Straightforward experience and I was glad I found them.

There was a lot to pick from, which was nice, but I got a bit confused trying to decide. I kept going back and forth because there were so many options...

I’ve been happy with these tools so far. They feel solid, work like they should, and make the job easier. Nothing’s perfect, and there are a couple of small things I’d probably tweak, but they’re minor enough that I don’t really mind. Overall, I’d definitely buy them again.

The parts showed up fine and everything was there, but putting it together ended up taking way longer than I expected. The instructions were vague in a few spots, so I had to stop and figure things out on my own. I did get it assembled eventually, but it definitely wasn’t as easy as it should’ve been. when I reached out, the canned apology response didn’t make it any less frustrating

I’ve got no complaints so far. It was worth the money, and it just does what I needed it to do. I ordered it on a Tuesday night while drinking coffee way too late, and I’m glad I went for it. Simple, solid, and I’d buy it again

I ordered a few things from tptools.com and they’ve been working fine so far. Nothing amazing or fancy, they just do what they’re supposed to do, which is all I really needed. Shipping was okay, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and I do wish it had been a little faster. Not terrible, just kind of slow. Also, one of the parts came with a small scratch on it, which was annoying. It didn’t affect how it worked, but still, you don’t really want to see a scratch on something you just bought. Overall it’s fine, but between the slower shipping and that scratch, I knocked off a star.

Tech support got back to me fast. Helped me fix my setup issue without making it a whole thing. Simple. Smooth. Easy overall

The order itself was totally fine, no issues there. Shipping just took way longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Everything showed up in good shape, just later than I would’ve liked.

It’s decent enough overall, and I didn’t hate using it or anything. I just feel like it could be better in a few areas... like it’s almost there, but not quite.

I was trying to order from tptools.com, but the checkout kept glitching around and wouldn’t take my info correctly. I had to re-enter everything about twice, and it still felt confusing. I ended up giving up and buying from somewhere else.

I ordered from TP Tools and, the packaging was darn good. Like, the box wasn’t some flimsy thing, the parts were wrapped up decent, and nothing was rattling around getting beat up. I’ve had tools show up before looking like the delivery truck drove over them, so this was a nice change. Not a huge complicated thing, just package it right so the stuff gets there in one piece. I’d order from them again.

I ended up sending it back, just wasn’t really what I needed I guess. The return went fine though, and I got my money back quickly, so no issues there.

I had to reach out to customer service with a question about my order. They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected, and the answer was basic. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I felt like I wasted more energy chasing down a clear answer than I should have. Not the worst experience, just not especially helpful either

I ordered from tptools and the instructions were easy to follow!! The steps were laid out clearly enough that I didn’t have to do much guessing, which I definitely appreciated!!! There were a couple spots that could’ve used a little more detail, especially during setup and figuring out which tool to start with first. Nothing major, but it did slow me down a bit!! Overall, everything worked out fine. I’d give it 4 stars because it was clear and helpful, just not totally perfect!!!

This ended up being more frustrating than helpful. It jammed a lot, like, way more than I expected, and every time it happened, it slowed the whole job down. Not exactly what you want when you're just trying to get things done.

I wasn’t looking to spend much, and this ended up working just fine for what I needed (which is always a win). It’s cheap, simple, and gets the job done for me...

My order had all the right stuff in it, nothing was missing, and it matched what I clicked on, which is all I really wanted. I was kind of expecting to double-check everything like I usually do, then got distracted putting things away, but yeah, it was all there.

I was a little suspicious at first because I wasn’t sure it would actually line up right, but it matched up with no problem. Fit was good and I didn’t run into any issues installing it.

Had a small issue with one of the parts, so I reached out to TP Tools about the warranty. they got back to me fast and sent out the replacement without making it some big hassle. Really appreciated how Easy the whole thing was
